How to download videos from Instagram?

To download videos or images from Instagram you need a download tool.

If your device is an iPhone, you have to follow these steps to download the content.

1. Log in to the Instagram app and choose the photo or video you want to download.
2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner.
3. Select the "Copy link" option.
4. Go to downloadgram.com/ from your browser and paste the link.
5. Click on download and get your image or video.
6. To find your downloaded video or image, go to the Downloads section of your IPhone.

If you have an Android device, you will need to download the InstaSave app on your phone. Once downloaded, proceed with these steps to download your video or image:

1. Go to Instagram and choose your photo or video to download.
2. At the top right you will find three dots, select "Copy URL".
3. Go to the InstaSave app. When you open it you will notice that your photo or video is already selected.
4. At the bottom you will find three icons, click on the centre icon (sharing on Android) and all the options will appear.
5. These options include sharing by email and messaging, or saving to your photo gallery.
