Instagram data and statistics: how to interpret them

Do you want to learn how to get the most out of Instagram's statistical tools? In this post we explain how to interpret the data to know how to improve your presence on the network.

  1. Go to Statistics. In order to see the statistics of your activity, you have to access the 'Statistics' section.
  2. Content. In this section you will find all the posts, stories, videos you have created during the last week. By clicking on the 'View all' tab, all your previous posts will appear. What can you see here? The reach of your posts, interactions, likes, etc.
  3. Activity. In this section you will see a statistic that measures how many people have seen your content, the impressions, how they have reached your publication, the visits your profile has, if they have entered your website by visiting your profile...
  4. Audience. In this section you will find 3 types of graphs. In one of them you will be able to see the growth of your audience in the last seven days or in the last day. In the next type of graph, you can see the demographics, age range and even the gender of your audience. In the last graph, you can see in what time range your followers are most active on Instagram, which is key to planning your posts.
